I recently went to A Stork's View, which provides 3D and 4D ultrasounds in a really cool environment. They have theater seats from an old ship for your family and friends to sit in while they watch on a big screen your little one's jumps and flips in the womb that is being projected to them while you relax in a comfy bed with a professional ultrasound tech. They can even tell if you are having a boy or a girl! They use these little animals to hold a recording of the heartbeat.
