Yay! Congratulations on you're engagement. Whether your engagement session is the first thing you're ticking off your wedding to-do list or the 50th, it's an exciting way to celebrate your engagement. It's also a great way to capture this time in your life before marriage.
When you’re prepping for your engagement session, there are a few things to keep in mind. First of all, this is supposed to be FUN! Unlike you're wedding day there won't be a timeline to follow and mud to avoid. This is no pressure! If you have hired me for your wedding, this is a chance to get to know me and how I work so that we can knock it out of the park together on your wedding day. Don't get me wrong, your wedding is going to be awesome but it's always helpful to know how to work with your team ahead of the big day so everyone knows what to expect. Couples that have an engagement session with me are PROS by the wedding day and it shows!
Second, think about what your engagement session is going to say about you as a couple. Do you want to show off your fun side? Your love of baseball? Your romantic side? It's important to know what you want ahead of time so that we can plan your locations, and you can plan your wardrobe accordingly.
